摘  要:为了研究不同匝间短路匝数对感应电机损耗特性的影响,以一台750 W感应电机为例,模拟定子绕组不同匝数的匝间短路状态,对其各项损耗和效率进行了计算。对比了空载和满载情况下,定子绕组发生不同程度匝间短路时,电机定、转子铜耗和铁耗的变化,为分析感应电机匝间短路故障及在线监测提供参考。In order to study the in?uence by turn-toturn short-circuit varied by different short-circuited turns number in the stator winding on loss performance of the cage induction motor, a fault state by turn-to-turn short-circuit varied by different short-circuited turns number in the stator winding is simulated in a 750 W induction motor, as an example. Different values of copper or iron losses in the rotor or stator windings of the motor under each operational condition varied by different short-circuited turns number in the stator winding, with load or without load, are compared, to provide the reference to online monitoring and analyze the turn-to-turn short-circuit fault of induction motors.
