摘  要:600MW超临界汽轮发电机组配套的型号为QFSN-600-2的发电机,在机组大修后其励磁系统集电环振动出现异常爬升。运行中通过在轴承座底部加装垫片的方式,缓解集电环轴振动,而后又通过动平衡和优化检修工艺,较为彻底地解决了600MW汽轮发电机组集电环轴振动偏大的问题。文章从项目技术评估和工程管理角度,对机组轴系振动的控制进行了分析和探讨。After the supercritical 600 MW turbine generator set, in which QFSN-600-2 generator is equipped, being overhaul, vibration of the collect ring shaft of the excitation system rises abnormally. The problem of high vibration of the collect ring shaft of the excitation system in the 600 MW turbine generator set is solved thoroughly by means of adding gaskets at bearing seat bottom under operation as well as performing the dynamic balance and optimized overhaul process. Control on shafting vibration of the generator set is analyzed and discussed from the aspects of technical evaluation and engineering management in the paper.
