环保型绝缘漆与聚酯亚胺绝缘漆的对比研究

摘　　要：对比分析了环保型绝缘漆与聚酯亚胺绝缘漆的常规性能,并实测了采用两种绝缘漆制作的模型线圈和电机的介电性能,结果表明:环保型绝缘漆可以替代聚酯亚胺绝缘漆,能够用于内燃机车牵引电动机的绝缘处理。Comparative analysis between environment-friendly insulating vanish and polyester-imine insulating vanish is performed in the fields of conventional performance while the dielectric properties of model coils and motors made with two kinds of insulating vanish is measured. The results show that the environment-friendly insulating vanish is able to replace the polyester-imine insulating vanish as the insulating treatment vanish for diesel locomotive traction motors.
