摘  要:针对应变片式扭矩传感器在牵引电机温升试验过程中出现的测量不准确问题,分析认为是温度影响传感器的测量数据。对这一分析进行了试验验证,试验数据表明,温度升高会使扭矩传感器的零点出现漂移,但零点漂移后的传感器的测量特性仍保持线性不变,因此仅需对测量值进行校正即可。Against the problem that inaccuracy measurement of the strain gauge torque sensor during the temperature-rise test of tractor motors, it is considered that the temperature in?uences the measured data of the sensor. The further test is done to verify the point of view. The tested data show that the temperature rising causes zero drift in the strain gauge torque sensor, however, the measured data of the sensor keeps linear characteristic, therefore, only need to correct the measured data after test is enough.
