摘　　要：为全面保障核电设备的最终交货质量和交货进度,合作双方应该事先做好充分且全面的准备,建立高效的沟通和协作机制。通过风险预防、定期例会和经验总结等有效手段来实现过程控制。In order to fully ensure the realization of the ?nal quality and delivery date of nuclear equipments,both cooperating sides should make adequate preparations and build ef?cient communication & coordination mechanism in advance. Some effective measures such as risk aversion、periodic meeting and summarizing experience,should be taken to control the process.
