摘 要:以再生高密度聚乙烯(PE-HD)、沙柳木粉和废旧橡胶粉为原料,KH550和Si69为界面相容剂,采用模压法制备木橡塑三元复合材料(WRPC)。研究热压工艺对WRPC力学性能的影响,极差和方差分析结果表明:热压温度和热压时间对WRPC的静曲强度、弹性模量、拉伸强度和冲击强度影响高度显著,热压压力对上述力学性能影响不显著。WRPC力学性能相对较优的热压工艺为:热压温度170℃,时间9 min,压力5 MPa,此时WRPC的静曲强度、弹性模量、拉伸强度和冲击强度分别为33.12 MPa、2165 MPa、17.58 MPa和3.82 kJ/m^2。Regenerated high-density polyethylene(PE-HD),salix wood powder and waste rubber were used as raw materials,KH550 and Si69 as interfacial compatibilizers,wood-rubber-plastic ternary composites(WRPC)was prepared by molding.The effects of hot pressing process on the mechanical properties of WRPC were studied.The results of range and variance analysis showed that the static bending strength,elastic modulus,tensile strength and impact strength of WRPC were influenced by the hot pressing temperature and time,and the influence was highly significant,while the hot pressing pressure had no significant influence on the above mechanical properties.The hot pressing process of WRPC with better mechanical properties was as follows:the hot pressing temperature was 170℃,the time was 9 min,the pressure was 5 MPa.At this time,the static bending strength,elastic modulus,tensile strength and impact strength of WRPC were 33.12 MPa,2165 MPa,17.58 MPa and 3.82 kJ/m^2,respectively.
