摘  要:以聚氯乙烯(PVC)为基体,通过加入有机硅树脂制备具有高效阻燃防腐蚀性能的PVC电缆材料。由于有机硅树脂较好的相容性,改性PVC电缆材料的拉伸强度和断裂伸长率并未发生明显的下降,仍保持在15 MPa以上。同时,热力学性能表明,5~#样品(有机硅树脂含量9%)的热力学性能最好。阻燃结果表明,改性PVC电缆材料的极限氧指数(LOI)均高于纯PVC,并且5~#样品的LOI值最高可达27.3%,说明有机硅树脂的加入可以有效地提高PVC电缆材料的阻燃性能。改性PVC电缆材料在经过一定工作时间的老化腐蚀后,其拉伸强度和阻燃性能仍比较稳定,说明其相对于纯PVC电缆材料具有较好的抗腐蚀性能。In this study,PVC was used as the matrix and silicone resin was added to prepare efficient flame retardant and anti-corrosion performance.Due to the good compatibility of silicone resin,the tensile strength and elongation at break of modified PVC material did not decrease significantly and it remained above 15 MPa.At the same time,the thermodynamic properties showed that the 5~#sample(silicon resin content 9%)had the best thermodynamic properties.The flame retardant results show that the limit oxygen index of modified PVC material is higher than that of pure PVC,and the maximum value of 5~#is 27.3%,indicating that the addition of silicone resin can effectively improve the flame retardant performance of PVC cable material.After aging and corrosion for a certain period of time,the tensile strength and flame retardant performance of modified PVC remain at a good value,indicating that compared with pure PVC,it has a better corrosion resistance.
