摘 要:以ZnO为原料,通过水热合成法调控ZnO粒子的形貌,成功制备了ZnO纳米球粒子,从而改善了ZnO粒子的性能。将其加入PLA中,成功制备了PLA基复合材料。与纯PLA材料相比,PLA基复合材料的力学性能提升30%;由于ZnO纳米球粒子良好的紫外吸收性能,PLA基复合材料的紫外防护性能也得到了很大的提升,紫外光吸收率从18%降至2.3%,其热结晶性能也得到了一定程度的改善,满足了PLA在包装材料中的应用,为PLA基复合材料在其他领域的应用打下了坚实的基础。In this paper,ZnO was used as a raw material to control the morphology of ZnO particles through hydrothermal synthesis,and ZnO nanosphere particles were successfully prepared,thereby improving some properties of ZnO particles,and PLA-based composites were successfully prepared.Compared with pure PLA materials,the mechanical properties of PLA-based composites have been improved by 30%.Due to the good UV absorption properties of ZnO nanosphere particles,the UV protection performance of PLA-based composites has also been greatly improved.The UV absorption rate has been reduced from 18%to 2.3%,and its thermal crystallization performance has also been improved to a certain extent which met the application of PLA in packaging materials,and laid a solid foundation for the application of PLA-based composites in other fields.
