不同青贮饲料对欧拉型藏羊生长性能、屠宰性能和经济效益的影响

摘　　要：试验旨在研究不同青贮饲料对欧拉型藏羊生长性能、屠宰性能和经济效益的影响。试验采用单因素随机设计,选取30只体况良好、体重(26.98±3.52)kg的4月龄欧拉型藏羊分为2组,每组5个重复,每个重复3只羊。试验设计2种不同粗饲料的试验饲粮,分别为燕麦青贮、玉米青贮。试验期65 d,其中预试期5 d,正式试验期60 d。结果显示:与玉米青贮相比,燕麦青贮饲草的粗脂肪(EE)、中性洗涤纤维(NDF)、酸性洗涤纤维(ADF)和木质素的含量显著提高(P<0.05),水分含量显著降低(P<0.05);燕麦青贮组藏羊不同阶段的体重、平均日增重均高于玉米青贮组(P>0.05);与玉米青贮组相比,燕麦青贮组藏羊平均日采食量与料重比均显著降低(P<0.05),成活率无显著差异(P>0.05);燕麦青贮组藏羊宰前活重、胴体重、屠宰率及眼肌面积均高于玉米青贮组,但差异不显著(P>0.05);燕麦青贮组藏羊每日盈利3.02元/(只·d),比玉米青贮组增加59.79%。结果表明,藏羊养殖过程中,燕麦青贮饲草比玉米青贮饲草营养价值高、饲料成本低,可以提高其生长性能和屠宰性能,增加经济效益,具备在高寒牧区推广应用的价值。The experiment was conducted to study the effect of different silage on growth performance,slaughter performance and economic benefit of Oula Tibetan sheep.A single factor randomized trial design was used in the experiment.Thirty healthy and(26.98±3.52)kg Oula Tibetan lambs were selected and randomly divided into two groups with five replicates in each group and three lambs in each replicate.Two different roughages were designed in the experiment,which were oat silage and corn silage.The experimental period was 65 d,in which the pre-test period was 5 d,and the pilot test period was 60 d.The results showed that compared with corn silage,oat silage significantly increased the content of crude fat(EE),neutral detergent fiber(NDF),acid detergent fiber(ADF)and lignin(P<0.05),and decreased the water content(P<0.05).The body weight(BW)and average daily gain(ADG)of sheep in oat silage group were higher than those of corn silage group(P>0.05).Compared with the corn silage group,the daily feed intake and feed weight ratio of sheep in oat silage group were significantly lower(P<0.05).The live weight,carcass weight,slaughter rate and eye muscle area of sheep in oat silage group were higher than those of corn silage group(P>0.05).The daily profit of oat silage group was 3.02 yuan per day,which was 59.79%higher than that of corn silage group.Therefore,oat silage has higher nutritional value,lower feed cost,higher growth performance,slaughter performance and economic benefits than corn silage in Tibetan sheep breeding process,which has the value of popularization and application in alpine pastoral areas.
