不同甜味剂对断奶仔猪生长性能、血液生化指标及经济效益的影响

摘　　要：试验旨在研究3种甜味剂对断奶猪生长性能,血液生化指标及经济效益的影响。选用280头体重相近的(杜×长×大)三元杂交猪,随机分为4组。对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验组在基础日粮中添加糖精酰胺化合物、糖精钠和氨茴酸甲酯甜味剂,试验为期35 d。结果表明:氨茴酸甲酯组仔猪平均日增重和平均日采食量显著高于其他组(P<0.05)。随着试验时间的延长,试验组断奶猪总腹泻头数、轻度腹泻头数和中度腹泻头数总体呈现下降的趋势,在整个试验期间氨茴酸甲酯组仔猪总腹泻头数、轻度腹泻头数和中度腹泻头数最少。氨茴酸甲酯组断奶仔猪胆囊收缩素水平显著低于糖精酰胺化合物组和糖精钠组(P<0.05)。相对于糖精酰胺化合物,糖精钠和氨茴酸甲酯组仔猪的血清饥饿素显著提高,且肾上腺素含量显著降低(P<0.05),与糖精酰胺化合物和糖精钠相比,氨茴酸甲酯组的去甲肾上腺素、D-乳酸含量显著降低(P<0.05)。研究表明,氨茴酸甲酯甜味剂对断奶猪生长性能和健康状况最有利。The experiment was to study the effect of three sweeteners on growth performance and blood biochemical index of weaned pigs.A total of 280 three-way crossbred pigs(Duroc×Landrace×Yorkshire)of similar weight were selected and randomly divided into four groups.The pigs in control group were fed with basic diet,and pigs in experimental groups were feed with saccharin amide compound,saccharin sodium and methyl anthranilate sweeteners on the basis of basic diet.The test period was 35 d.The results showed that the daily weight gain and average daily feed intake of pigs in the methyl anthranilate group were significantly higher than that of other groups(P<0.05).The total number of diarrhea heads,the number of mild diarrhea heads and the number of moderate diarrhea heads of pigs in the experimental groups showed a downward trend with the extension of the test time.During the whole test period,the total number of diarrhea heads,the number of mild diarrhea and moderate diarrhea of pigs in in the methyl anthranilate group was the least.Compared with the saccharin amide compound and saccharin sodium,the content of cholecystokinin in methyl ester group was significantly reduced(P<0.05).Compared with the saccharin amide compound,the serum ghrelin of pigs in saccharin sodium and methyl anthranilate groups was significantly increased and the adrenaline content was significantly reduced(P<0.05).Compared with the saccharin amide compound and saccharin sodium,the content of norepinephrine and D-lactic acid in methyl ester group was significantly reduced(P<0.05).In summary,methyl anthranilate sweetener is most beneficial to the growth performance and health status of weaning pigs.
