摘 要:目的观察并比较产褥期女性尿液白细胞检测中应用沉渣法与干化学法的检测结果。方法采集2019年1月-2019年12月在妇产科分娩的300份产妇尿液样本,分别采用显微镜检测法、尿沉渣检测法、尿干化学检测法和尿沉渣法联合尿干化学法进行检测,并以尿液显微镜检测法作为诊断产妇是否存在感染的"金"标准,对比三种方法检测结果的准确性。结果300份产妇尿液样本中尿液白细胞阳性89份、阴性211份,符合率:尿沉渣法联合尿干化学法(93.67%)>尿沉渣(86.00%)>尿干化学法(72.67%),敏感度:尿沉渣联合尿干化学法(85.71%)>尿沉渣(73.74%)>尿干化学法(53.47%),特异度:尿沉渣联合尿干化学法(97.52%)>尿沉渣(92.00%)>尿干化学法(82.41%),阳性预测值:尿沉渣联合尿干化学法(94.38%)>尿沉渣(82.02%)>尿干化学法(60.67%),阴性预测值:尿沉渣联合尿干化学法(93.37%)>尿沉渣(87.62%)>尿干化学法(77.73%),以上差异比较均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在产褥期女性尿液白细胞检测中尿沉渣法联合尿干化学法检测优于二种方法分别检测,二者联合检测有助于提高检测结果的准确性。Objective To observe and compare the results of urinary leukocyte assays applied to the sedimentation method and dry chemistry method in puerperal women.Methods Collection of 300 maternal deliveries from January 2019 to December 2019 at the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology,Sixth People′s Hospital,Zhengzhou City,China Urine samples by microscopy,urine sedimentation assay,and urine dry chemistry combined with urine sedimentation assay,respectively.The urine microscopy test was used as the"gold"standard for diagnosing the presence of maternal infection,comparing the three methods of detection.Accuracy of results.Results 89 positive and 211 negative urine leukocytes in 300 maternal urine samples,compliance rate:urine sedimentation method combined Urine dry chemistry(93.67%)>urine sediment(86.00%)>urine dry chemistry(72.67%),sensitivity:urine sediment combined with dry urine chemistry(85.71%)>urine sediment(73.74%)>dry urine chemistry(53.47%),specificity:urine sediment combined with urine dry chemistry(97.52%)>urine sediment(92.00%)>Urine dry chemistry(82.41%),positive predictive value:urine sediment combined with urine dry chemistry(94.38%)>urine sediment(82.02%)>urine dry chemistry(60.67%),negative predictive value:urine sediment combined with urine dry chemistry(93.37%)>urine sediment(87.62%)>urine dry chemistry(77.73%),all of the above differences are compared Statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions The urine sedimentation method combined with urine stem chemistry is superior to both methods in the detection of urine leukocytes in puerperal females,and the two Combined testing helps improve the accuracy of test results and is worthy of clinical diagnosis and testing promotion.
