摘 要:为探究Ⅰ型整合子-耐药基因盒对克雷伯菌耐药性产生和传播的影响及该菌的致病性,针对本实验室分离到的猪源克雷伯菌进行Ⅰ型整合子扩增及可变区序列分析,分析其结构及与耐药性关系,建立分离菌株感染动物模型,从临床症状、病理变化、细菌学检查和组织病理学4个方面开展研究。结果显示,该菌株主要以介导甲氧苄啶类耐药drfA为主,与其药敏试验耐药表型一致,感染动物模型发生实质器官病变且在病理切片中可见组织中大量炎性细胞浸润,肝、脾血窦开放和充血等病变。To understand the drug resistance and the spread of integron-gene cassette of Klebsiella,type I integron amplification and variable region sequence analysis of Klebsiella Suis isolated from Hebei province were performed to analyze its structure and its relationship with drug resistance,and establish the animal model of infection by the isolated strain.The study was conducted from clinical symptoms,pathological changes,bacteriological tests and histopathology.The result showed that the strain is mainly composed of drfA,which mediates drug resistance of trimethopenzidine,and it is consistent with the drug resistance phenotype of drug sensitivity test.Parenchymal organ lesions occurred in the infected animal model,and a large number of inflammatory cell infiltration could be seen in the tissues in the pathological sections,as well as liver and spleen blood sinus opening and congestion.
