摘　　要：动物科学和动物医学实验研究常用的统计分析方法有t检验、卡方检验、非参数检验、单因素方差分析、两因素方差分析、多因素方差分析、协方差分析、回归分析、相关分析以及主成分分析和聚类分析等多元统计分析。统计分析方法的选择要考虑分析目的、因素和水平数量、试验设计类型、资料类型、变量数量和类型、统计分析方法的前提条件等。本研究对常用的统计分析方法的分类、选择以及如何在SPSS上的实现等进行详细分析,以期为动物科学和动物医学实验研究提供参考。Frequently-used statistical analysis methods on experimental research for animal science and veterinary medicine in colleges and universities included t test,chi-square test,nonparametric test,one-way ANOVA,two-way ANOVA,multi-factor analysis of variance,analysis of covariance,regression analysis,correlation analysis and multivariate statistical analysis such as principal component analysis,cluster analysis.Analysis aim,number of factor and level,experiment design type,data type,number and type of variable,precondition of data analysis method would be supposed to be considered before selecting statistical analysis methods.Classification,selection and complication of statistical analysis methods by SPSS software were explained in detail in this paper,in order to provide the reference for the animal science and the animal medicine experimental research.
