摘  要:【目的/意义】为提升房产信息查询效率、强化多媒体平台管理体系性能,【方法/过程】本文以多媒体平台为基础,构建了房产档案信息管理体系;同时结合软件工程项目管理策略与房产档案特征、规模属性,来完成房产档案信息管理体系的软件开发任务;再通过档案管理、房屋登记等多个分支的相互协作,实现档案数据共享;进而根据档案共享信息数据类型,分析体系分支功能,加密处理档案图形数据与属性数据信息,达到完善管理体系的目的。【结果/结论】本文以房产信息查询作为仿真实验角度,验证响应、占用率性能等指标,结果表明所提方法运行状态较为理想,各项指标均满足了构建目标与用户需求,查询速度得以大幅度提升。【Purpose/significance】In order to improve the efficiency of real estate information query and strengthen the performance of the multimedia platform management system.【Method/process】This paper builds a real estate archive information management system based on the multimedia platform,and combine the software engineering project management strategy with the characteristics and scale attributes of the real estate archives to complete the software development of the real estate archive information management system.The task is to realize file data sharing through the mutual cooperation of multiple branches such as file management and house registration.According to the data type of file sharing information,analyze the branch function of the system,encrypt the processing of file graphic data and attribute data information,and improve the management system.【Result/conclusion】Using real estate information query as a simulation experiment to verify response and occupancy rate performance indicators,the proposed method is operating in an ideal state,all indicators meet the construction goals and user needs,and the query speed has been greatly improved.
