摘　　要：【目的/意义】通过对情感视角下国内外在线评论的研究动态及发展趋势进行分析,掌握国内外研究前沿及发展方向。【方法/过程】运用文献分析和知识图谱可视化方法,对基于情感视角的在线评论相关研究的国内外研究热点及未来研究趋势进行对比及可视化分析。【结果/结论】总结出在线评论情感分析算法研究、在线评论情感倾向在销售预测上的应用研究及基于在线评论情感分析的产品推荐研究三个国外研究热点;总结出在线评论中产品特征情感分析研究、在线评论情感倾向的影响研究及在线评论情感分析的应用研究三个国内研究热点。探讨出在线评论情感分类算法研究、在线评论情感倾向对用户后续行为的影响研究及直播间评论的情感分析研究三个未来研究趋势。【Purpose/significance】The paper concluded the research frontiers and directions both at home and abroad through analyzing research activities and research trends of online review from the perspective of sentiment.【Method/process】By means of literature review and knowledge map visualization,the paper compared and visually analyzed domestic and foreign research focus and future trends of online review based on the perspective of sentiment.【Result/conclusion】According to the conclusion of this paper,foreign studies have the following three hotspots,namely the algorithm for sentiment analysis of online review,the application of sentimental tendencies of online review in sales forecasting,and the product recommendation based on sentiment analysis of online review.By comparison,domestic studies focus on the sentiment analysis of product features in online review,the influence of sentimental tendencies of online review and the application of sentiment analysis of online review.The paper figured out three future trends of research,including the algorithm for sentiment classification of online review,the impact of sentimental tendencies of online review on consumers’follow-up behaviors and the sentiment analysis of reviews in direct broadcasting room.
