摘 要:为了提高掺钕光纤激光器的倍频效率,通过改进倍频晶体膜系,采用典型的法布里-珀罗(FP)腔型结构和透镜耦合方式,获得10W 1064nm的基频光输出,线宽小于5nm;腔内倍频获得532nm的激光输出,输出功率为2.6W,线宽小于3nm,倍频效率为26%,比原来提高了30%。实验中未观察到倍频晶体表面激光损伤,说明增透膜的改进对提高激光器的整体性能是有效的。In order to improve the frequency doubling efficiency of neodymium-doped fiber laser,the study adopted a typical FP cavity structure and lens coupling mode,obtained the fundamental frequency output of 10 w for 1064 nm with line width less than 5 nm by improving the frequency doubling crystal film system.The laser output of 532 nm was obtained by intracavitary frequency-doubling,the output power was 2.6 W,the line width was less than 3 nm,and the frequency-doubling efficiency was 26%which is 30%higher than the original experiment.No laser damage was observed in the experiment,which indicated that the improvement of anti-reflection membrane was effective in improving the overall performance of the laser.
