摘 要:为了节省光纤资源和满足5G大带宽的需求,提出了一种基于偏振复用(Polarization Division Multiplexing,PDM)技术的W波段OFDM-RoF无线接入与DPSK-WDM-PON有线接入混合的全双工系统,其中,W波段(75-110 GHz)与V波段相比,具有可用带宽大,方向性更精确和大气衰减小的特点。在该系统中,采用光载波抑制双边带(OCS)调制技术抑制光载波生成80 GHz的毫米波信号;并使用反射式半导体放大器(RSOA)对下行光载波进行重利用,进而完成对上行信号的传输。为了验证该系统的性能,在光仿真软件上搭建了RoF-WDM-PON系统并进行了仿真分析,系统分别经光纤传输0 km、10 km和20 km后的结果表明,系统性能良好,不仅成功实现了80 GHz OFDM无线信号和DPSK有线信号的同时传输,还实现了双向通信。In order to save optical fiber resources and meet the needs of 5 G large bandwidth,a full-duplex hybrid of W-band OFDM-RoF wireless access and DPSK-WDM-PON wired access based on polarization division multiplexing(PDM)technology is proposed.Compared with V band,W band(75-110 GHz)has larger available bandwidth,more accurate direction and less atmospheric attenuation.In this system,the optical carrier suppression double-sideband modulation(OCS-DSB)technology is used to suppress the optical carrier to generate 80 GHz millimeter wave signal;and the reflective semiconductor amplifier(RSOA)is used to reuse the downstream optical carrier to complete the transmission of the upstream signal.In order to verify the performance of the system,the RoF-WDM-PON system was built on the optical simulation software and the simulation analysis was carried out.The results of the system after transmitting 0 km,10 km and 20 km through the optical fiber show that the system performance is good,it not only successfully realizes the simultaneous transmission of 80 GHz OFDM wireless signals and DPSK wired signals,but also realizes bidirectional communication.
