摘 要:在南洋诸商业港口的开发史中,英国殖民者所主导的新加坡的开埠相对晚近,这为在此谋生已久的华人各方言帮提供了新的发展机遇。相对于发展在前的福建方言帮,潮州、广府、客家等方言帮一反常态,甫一开始便积极在新加坡分别构建并发展了以粤海清庙,以及海唇福德祠与福德祠绿野亭等"原乡式"民间宫庙为核心的日常社会生活,这一历史过程折射了在鸦片战争前后潮、广、客等方言帮在新加坡有着非同寻常的发展态势。In the development history of Nanyang commercial ports, the port opening of Singapore dominated by British colonists was relatively late, which provided new opportunities for the long-settled Chinese dialect communities to make a living. Compared with the earlier Fujian dialect community, Chaozhou, Guangfu and Hakka groups were different. From the very beginning, they actively developed their daily social life centered on the original folk temples, such as Wak Hai Cheng Bio, Fuk Tak Chi Temple and Hok Tek Chi Loke Yah Teng Association and so on. This historical process reflects the extraordinary development situation of Chaozhou, Guangfu and Hakka communities in Singapore around the Opium War.
