“分院+”模式下气象情报交换与服务网络建设构想

摘　　要："分院+"模式下,中国民用航空飞行学院需建立一套内部使用的气象情报交换与服务网络系统,为飞行保障提供气象信息。该系统可实现报文发布、报文通播、报文接收、报文交换以及报文质量控制和告警功能。建立的web服务平台可提供气象报文图表检索、统计、提取、打印和共享等功能。Under the"branch+"mode,Civil Aviation Flight University of China needs to establish an internal meteorological information exchange and service network system to provide meteorological information for flight support.The system can realize the functions of message publishing,message broadcasting,message receiving,message exchange,message quality control and alarm.The web service platform can provide functions of weather message and chart retrieval,statistics,extraction,printing and sharing.
