摘　　要：针对Czerny-Turner型光栅光谱仪的光学系统的虚拟仿真实验提出了设计方案.利用计算机模拟软件COMSOL对光谱仪的光学系统进行建模,实现了入射狭缝宽度与光栅常量对光谱仪分辨率影响的数值模拟.学生通过该仿真实验可理解Czerny-Turner型光栅光谱仪的光学结构、工作原理及光谱学的基础知识.Based on the computer simulation software COMSOL,a simulation program of the optical system of the Czerny-Turner grating spectrometer was designed.The simulations of the effect of entrance slit width and grating constant on the resolution of grating spectrometer were realized,and the simulation results were displayed in an intuitive way.Through the simulation experiments,students could deeply understand the optical structure and working principle of Czerny-Turner grating spectrometer,as well as the basic knowledge of optical spectroscopy.
