针织毛衫纱线用量智能测算方法研究

摘　　要：针对目前针织毛衫产品生产中面临的纱线用量估算误差较大造成纱线浪费或纱线短缺的问题,研究准确计算纱线用量的智能测算方法。详细介绍纱线实际支数及整件服装用纱量的计算方法,以及单色衣片、间色衣片、不同种类纱线间色衣片、提花类组织衣片等不同衣片用纱量的智能测算方法。实践表明,该智能测算方法可准确估算各款式毛衫各种颜色毛料的用纱量,可减少纱线浪费以及避免出现纱线短缺情况,可降低生产成本。Aiming at the problem of yarn waste or yarn shortage caused by the large error in yarn amount estimation in the production of knitted sweater products,an intelligent calculation method for accurate calculation of yarn amount is studied.It introduces the calculation method of the actual yarn count and yarn amount used for the whole garment in detail,as well as the intelligent calculation method of the yarn amount used for different garment pieces,such as monochromatic garment pieces,secondary-color garment pieces,secondary-color garment pieces of different kinds of yarns,jacquard garment pieces,etc.The practice shows that the intelligent calculation method can accurately estimate the yarn quantity of each style sweater knitted with wool material of various colors,reduce yarn waste and avoid yarn shortage,and achieve the purpose of reducing production cost.
