摘 要:针对传统涤棉织物染色生产流程长、用水量大、能耗高等问题,文中采用阳离子改性技术对涤棉织物进行改性,然后采用分散活性一浴一步法对织物进行染色,测试染色后织物色牢度及抗菌性能,并与传统染色工艺对比。结果表明,经一浴一步法染色后织物布面效果和染色牢度良好。对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、白色念珠菌的抑菌率分别达到99.7%、96.4%、96.2%;与传统染色工艺相比,该工艺具有显著的节水、省时及降低废水色度、电解质含量的效果。In view of the long production process,large water and high energy consumption of the traditional polyester and cotton fabric dyeing.In this paper,the cationic modification technology was adopted to modify the polyester/cotton fabric,and then the fabric was dyed by the one-bath one-step method dyeing with dispersion-activity dyes.The fastness and antibacterial properties of the dyed fabric were tested,and compared with the traditional dyeing technology.The results show that the fabric surface effect and dyeing fastness after dyeing by the one-bath one-step method with dispersion-activity dyes are good.At the same time,its bacteriostasis rate against escherichia coli,staphylococcus aureus and candida albicans reaches 99.7%,96.4%and 96.2%respectively.Compared with the traditional dyeing process,this process has significant effects of saving water,time and reducing the chroma and electrolyte content in wastewater.
