摘　　要：针对常规的棉涤混纺(CVC)黑色针织绒布染色牢度差、易褪色等质量问题,通过棉涤纤维组分合理搭配、优选母粒染色的涤纶长丝、制定配套的染整工艺,开发了具有高染色牢度的黑色CVC针织绒布。并测试了开发面料的耐皂洗色牢度、耐摩擦色牢度、耐水渍色牢度、耐汗渍色牢度、缩水率、扭曲率、抗起球等级、pH值、甲醛含量、偶氮含量等性能。结果表明:所开发产品不仅染色牢度好,且织物缩水率小,抗起球等级满足产品内在质量要求。Considering the quality problem of poor colour fastness of the black cotton and polyester blended(CVC)knitted fleece,which is easy to fade,black CVC knitted fleece with high colour fastness was developed by mean of selecting the fiber fractionation of cotton and polyester,polyester filaments stained with masterbatch as well as matching dyeing and finishing process.The properties including soap fastness,rubbing fastness,water fastness,sweat fastness,washing shrinkage,torsion rate,anti-pilling and fuzzing,pH value,formaldehyde content and azo content were tested.The results show that this developed fabric has not only has excellent colour fastness,lower washing shrinkage,but also meets the product quality requirement on the pilling.
