摘 要:针对传统针织漂染行业设备老化落后,造成能耗大、污染严重、成本高、招工难、环保压力大等问题,文中介绍对染整生产设备进行技术改造,生产工艺优化转型升级,从而在大生产实践中实现节能减排,且产品质量提升方面取得了良好的效益。并指出,绿色染整的关键在于设备技改升级,生产工艺技术创新优化,形成完整、先进的纺织面料染整绿色化生产路线,使产品质量稳定,达到或优于国标要求,节能减排,引领行业的整体技术产业升级。In view of the problems caused by the aging and backwardness of the equipment in the traditional knitting bleaching and dyeing industry,such as large energy consumption,serious pollution,high cost,difficult staff recruitment and environmental pressure,the paper introduces the technical transformation of dyeing and finishing production equipment,the optimization and upgrading of production process,and the good benefits in energy saving and emission reduction and production quality improvement in large production practice.The key of green dyeing and finishing lies in the technical transformation and upgrading of equipment,the innovation and optimization of production technology,the formation of a complete and advanced production route for dyeing and finishing of textile fabrics,the stability of product quality,the achievement and superiority of national standards,energy saving and emission reduction,and the upgrading of the overall technology industry.
