摘 要:类风湿性关节炎(RA)是发生在关节滑膜及其他器官的,以慢性、全身性异常炎症免疫反应为特征的自身免疫性疾病。目前,临床上有许多治疗RA的方法,包括甲氨蝶呤和雷公藤等药物治疗、滑膜切除术等手术治疗以及新型靶向生物制剂和纳米载药系统治疗等。随着对RA病理机制研究的深入及其新靶点的发现,新型靶向生物制剂在RA治疗领域取得了很好的疗效。纳米载药技术虽然存在着生物相容性和毒性等问题,但能大大提高药物治疗RA的有效性。本文通过查阅近5年的国内外相关文献,对RA治疗方法的现状及发展趋势进行综述,以期为RA的治疗及新药开发提供参考。Rheumatoid arthritis(RA)is an autoimmune disease characterized by chronic and systemic abnormal inflammatory immune response in synovium and other organs.At present,there are many clinical methods for the treatment of RA,such as methotrexate,Tripterygium wilfordii,synovectomy,novel targeted biological agents and nanoparticle drug carriers.With further research on the pathological mechanism of RA and the discovery of new targets,novel targeted biological agents have achieved a good efficacy in the treatment of RA.Despite the biocompatibility and toxicity,nanoparticle drug delivery technology can significantly improve the effectiveness of drug therapy for RA.By consulting the literature at home and abroad in the past five years,this paper summarizes the current situation and development trend of RA therapy in order to provide reference for the treatment of RA and the development of new drugs.
