摘　　要：介绍合成气压缩机、氨气压缩机结构及运行情况,分析氨气压缩机浮环密封跑油原因,针对2台压缩机浮环密封进行国产化使用,不仅提高使用周期,且大幅度节约备件采购费用。This paper introduced the structure and operation of syngas compressor and ammonia compressor,analyzed the reason of leakage of floating ring in ammonia compressor,and described the application of domestic floating ring in two kinds of compressors.The domestic application not only improves the service cycle,but also saves the purchase cost of spare parts greatly.
