摘  要:通过对大型甲醇装置凉水塔原有设施分析,提出利用循环水系统富余能量,用水轮机代替凉水塔电机,总结改造前、后设备运转情况并通过节能计算对比经济效益,得出用水轮机替代工业风机具有节能、环保经济、调节方便、安全等优点,并对水轮机的应用前景进行展望。Based on the analysis of the existed facilities of cooling tower of large methanol plant,the paper put forward that in order to utilize the surplus energy of the circulating water system,the cooling tower motor was replaced by a water turbine.Compared with the operation before and after the renovation through energy saving calculation,it;s concluded that the use of hydraulic turbine instead of industrial fan would maintain the advantages in energy saving,environmental protection,economy,convenient regulation and safety.
