摘　　要：搞好水土保持,防治水土流失,是治水事业的一项根本性措施,也是改善和保护生态环境的一项紧迫而长期的战略任务。推进水土保持工作,回应人民群众对美好生态环境的期待,是建设美丽江苏、坚持绿色发展在水利工作中的最直观、最具体的体现。近年来,江苏推动水土保持工作取得了积极进展和明显成效,但也面临着机遇与挑战。“十四五”期间,江苏水土保持工作要从加强顶层设计、强化技术支撑、强化项目监管以及全方位发挥水土保持专业委员会作用等方面,全面推进水土保持生态文明建设。To do well in soil and water conservation and prevent soil erosion is not only a fundamental measure for water control,but also an urgent and long-term strategic task for improving and protecting the ecological environment.Promoting soil and water conservation and responding to people's expectations for a better ecological environment are the most intuitive and concrete manifestations of building a beautiful Jiangsu and adhering to green development in water conservancy work.In recent years,Jiangsu has made positive progress and obvious achievements in promoting soil and water conservation,but it also faces opportunities and challenges.During the 14th Five-year Plan period,soil and water conservation work in Jiangsu should comprehensively promote the ecological civilization construction of soil and water conservation from the aspects of strengthening top-level design,strengthening technical support,strengthening project supervision and giving full play to the role of professional committee of soil and water conservation.
