摘　　要：结合江苏省河湖和水利工程管理范围划定项目的特点,面向管理单位的业务需求,从组织实施、标准及技术设计、成果质量控制、划定成果的应用等环节进行了介绍,就其中涉及的一些关键技术进行了剖析,研发的划定成果管理信息系统旨在对河湖划定成果的推广及进一步河湖确权、空间规划起到一定的促进和保障作用。Combined with the characteristics of the delineation project management scope of rivers,lakes and water conservancy projects in Jiangsu Province,and facing the business needs of the management units,the aspects of organization and implementation,standard and technical design,quality control of results,and application of delineated results were introduced.Some key technologies involved were analyzed,and the delineation achievement management information system played a certain role in promoting and guaranteeing the promotion and further confirmation of rivers and lakes rights and spatial planning.
