摘  要:目的构建曲妥珠单抗用药管理系统的模块内容。方法在查阅文献的基础上初步构建曲妥珠单抗用药管理系统的模块内容,采用德尔菲专家咨询法对从事乳腺癌诊疗相关的医护人员就该模块框架及各条目指标进行咨询,并根据其意见修改模块内容以达成共识。结果共纳入15名专家进行了2轮咨询,专家积极系数均为100%,平均权威系数为0.93。构建出包含6项一级指标,14项二级指标及36项三级指标的曲妥珠单抗用药管理系统模块内容。结论本研究建立的曲妥珠单抗用药管理系统各模块内容专家意见集中,结果科学可靠,为后期进行曲妥珠单抗信息化管理提供科学依据。Objective To construct the module of information management system for trastuzumab.Methods To preliminarily construct modular content of management system for trastuzumab based on literature review.The Delphi method was undertaken with experts on breast cancer diagnosis and treatment,and index content was modified based on this expert consultation.Results Fifteen experts were consulted for 2 rounds.The questionnaire response rate was 100%in both rounds and the expert authority coefficient was high(0.93).A modular content of management system for trastuzumab was established which consists of 6 first-level indicators,14 second-level indicators and 36 third-level indicators.Conclusion This study established file information module content for the information management of trastuzumab.Its results are scientific and reliable,and can provide a theoretical basis for the clinical development of the information management of trastuzumab.
