空间视域下生产性服务业集聚的资源错配效应研究

摘　　要：破除资源错配是实现经济效率偏向性发展的关键,也是推动中国经济由高速增长向高质量发展转变的重要保障。本文以城市空间作为分析边界,构建动态空间面板模型,基于空间外溢视角对生产性服务业集聚的资源错配效应进行研究。结果表明:资源错配具有时间累积性和空间交互性的复杂特征。生产性服务业专业化集聚具有倒“U”型的本地资源错配效应,而多样化集聚则呈现倒“U”型的“本地邻地”资源错配效应,并且在各城市间表现出“一荣俱荣、一损俱损”的关系。进一步从行业层级和城市规模等级两方面验证了上述结论:其中,高端生产性服务业专业化集聚对资源错配发挥出显著的倒“U”型空间外溢效应;生产性服务业多样化集聚对资源配置的影响存在一定的城市规模“选择效应”,并且小型城市的专业化集聚和大型城市的多样化集聚具有显著的邻地资源错配效应。Eliminating the resources misallocation is the key to achieving the efficiency-oriented development of the economy,and it is also an important guarantee to promote the transformation of the China’s economy from high-speed growth to high-quality growth.This paper uses urban space as the boundary of analysis,and constructs the dynamic spatial panel model,studying the resource misallocation effect of the agglomeration of producer services based on the perspective of spatial spillover.The results show that:resource misallocation has complex characteristics of time accumulation and space interaction.The specialized agglomeration of the producer services only shows an inverted“U”type of local resource misallocation effect,while the diversified agglomeration presents an inverted“U”type of“local-neighbor”resource misallocation effect,which shows the relationship of“all glory and all damage”between cities.The above conclusions are further verified from both the industry level and the city scale level.Only the specialized concentration of high-end producer services exerts a significant“U”space spillover effect on resource misallocation,the impact of diversified agglomeration of producer services on resource allocation has a strong“selection effect”on city size,the specialized agglomeration of small cities and the diversified agglomeration of large cities have significant resources misallocation effects on neighboring land.
