“南风效应”在高校思想政治教育教学中的应用研究

摘　　要："南风效应"是指通过适应人的内在需求,用爱与温情感化人,以情育人,使人的行为变为自觉。将"南风效应"应用于思想政治教育教学中,打破固有思想政治教育教学模式,有利于切实增强思想政治教育教学的实效性。从教育主体、教育客体、教育环体三个层面,提出具体的思想政治教育教学优化策略。"South wind effect"means that people’s behavior becomes self-conscious by adapting to people’s internal needs,influencing people with love and warmth,and educating people with emotion.The theory of"south wind effect"is applied to the teaching of Ideological and political education.Starting from the three levels of educational subject,educational object and educational ring,this paper puts forward specific optimization strategies of Ideological and political education teaching,innovates teaching mode of Ideological and political education,cultivates people with warmth and strengthens ideological and political education The effectiveness of teaching.
