摘  要:在短道速滑比赛中,裁判员临场执裁能力的高低对运动员的成绩与排名有着较大影响。如果在比赛中缺乏公正严格的执裁,比赛就无法正常进行。运用文献资料、专家访谈、逻辑分析等研究方法,对短道速滑裁判员的临场执裁能力与培养模式进行研究。研究得出:扎实的业务能力是临场执裁的基础、临场执裁中需秉持高尚的职业道德、过硬的心理素质为临场执裁提供保障、丰富的执裁经验为临场执裁保驾护航。短道速滑裁判员临场执裁能力需要从建立系统的选材与培养体系、加强业务能力的培养、提高裁判员的职业道德、积极参与临场实践积累执裁经验等几个方面进行培养。培养出更多高水平的短道速滑项目裁判有积极意义,不仅能提升裁判员执裁更高级别的赛事,同时还能推动我国冰雪运动的发展。In the short track speed skating competition,the ability of the referee to judge on the spot has a great influence on the performance and ranking of the athletes.If there is no fair and strict ruling in the competition,the competition can not be carried out normally.By using the research methods of literature,expert interview and logical analysis,this paper studies the on-the-spot judging ability and training mode of short track speed skating referees.Solid professional ability is the foundation of on-the-spot judgment,in which noble professional ethics and excellent psychological quality are required to provide guarantee for on-the-spot judgment,and rich experience is the escort for on-the-spot judgment.The on-the-spot judgment ability of short track speed skating judges needs to be improved by establishing a systematic selection and training system,strengthening the cultivation of professional ability,and improving the professional ethics and accumulation of judges Participate in on-the-spot practice and accumulate experience in execution.It is of positive significance to cultivate more highlevel judges of short track speed skating events,which can not only enable referees to perform higher-level events,but also promote the development of ice and snow sports in China.
