四川省高校冰雪运动发展现状及前景研究

摘　　要：国家倡导“三亿人参与冰雪运动”,四川省作为西南大省应率先垂范,四川省各大高校如何宣传、推广冰雪运动,对四川省青少年参与冰雪运动起到关键作用。但冰雪运动在四川高校仍处于萌芽阶段,推广程度较低,运动设施设备缺乏完善,冰雪运动人才稀少以及师资团队与教学力量紧缺等问题制约了冰雪运动在高校的布局与发展。提出积极推广高校冰雪活动和大力宣传冰雪体育知识文化,推动建设健全高校冰雪运动设施设备,培养高校冰雪运动人才和强化师资教学与团队力量等措施,推动冰雪运动在四川省高校乃至全省的繁荣,同时打造具有新时代特色的冰雪运动发展战略。The State advocates"300 million people participate in ice and snow sports".Sichuan Province,as a major province in Southwest China,should take the lead in setting an example.How universities in Sichuan Province publicize and promote ice and snow sports plays a key role in youth participation in ice and snow sports in Sichuan Province.However,the ice and snow sports in Colleges and universities in Sichuan is still in its infancy,the promotion degree is low,the sports facilities and equipment are not perfect,the ice and snow sports talents are scarce,and the teaching team and teaching force are in short supply,which restricts the layout and development of ice and snow sports in Colleges and universities.In order to promote the prosperity of ice and snow sports in Colleges and universities,and to create a new era of ice and snow sports development strategy,we should actively promote the ice and snow activities in Colleges and universities and vigorously publicize the knowledge and culture of ice and snow sports,promote the construction of ice and snow sports facilities and equipment in Colleges and universities in Colleges and universities in Sichuan Province,and strengthen the teaching and team strength of teachers.
