冰雪运动锻炼、自我效能感与大学生心理效益的关系研究

摘　　要：为探究大学生冰雪运动锻炼、自我效能感与心理效益的关系,揭示冰雪运动锻炼提高大学生心理效益的作用机制,对471名参加冰雪运动锻炼的大学生进行调查。结果发现:大学生冰雪运动锻炼、自我效能感和心理效益两两之间相关显著;大学生冰雪运动锻炼能正向预测自我效能感和心理效益(β=0.19,0.24;P<0.001);自我效能感能正向预测大学生心理效益(β=0.71;P<0.001);大学生自我效能感在冰雪运动锻炼与心理效益之间具有完全中介作用。研究结果为冰雪运动锻炼促进心理效益提供理论支持,对提高群众对于冰雪运动锻炼积极作用的认识有一定指导意义。In order to explore the relationship between ice and snow exercise,self-efficacy and psychological benefits,and to reveal the mechanism of ice and snow exercise to improve the psychological benefits of college students,471 college students taking part in ice and snow exercise were investigated.The results showed that:there was a significant correlation between ice and snow exercise,self-efficacy and psychological benefits;ice and snow exercise could positively predict self-efficacy and psychological benefits(β=0.19,0.24;P<0.001);self-efficacy could positively predict psychological benefits of college students(β=0.71;P<0.001);self-efficacy in ice and snow exercise and psychological benefits of College Students There is a complete intermediary effect between them.The research results provide theoretical support for the psychological benefits of ice and snow sports and improve the awareness of the positive role of ice and snow sports.
