摘　　要：儿童排尿功能障碍(pediatric voiding dysfunction,PVD)临床多见,尿动力学检查(urodynamic study,UDS)是评估PVD最客观的方法。UDS临床应用日益普及,越来越广泛地被应用于PVD诊断、鉴别诊断,也用于指导治疗和评估预后。PVD涉及的相关术语和成人UDS基本一致,但在儿童中的应用有其特殊性。国外已经有针对尿流动力学检查相关术语的定义和解释,但国内此内容相对缺乏。本文就PVD相关术语解读和临床应用进行综述,为UDS的临床和科研工作提供参考。Urodynamic examination(UDS)is the most objective tool of evaluating pediatric voiding dysfunction(PVD).The clinical application of UDS is becoming more and more popular and extensively utilized in PVD diagnosis,differential diagnosis,guiding treatment and prognosis.The pediatric terms of PVD are basically the same as adult counterparts.However,its application often has its particularity in children.Definitions and explanations of the relevant terms are available in foreign countries,yet remain absent in China.Here the interpretations and clinical applications of PVD were summarized as references for clinical and scientific researches of UDS.
