摘　　要：目的检索并评价ICU危重患者体温监测的最佳证据。方法检索Cochrane Library、OVID(JBI)、加拿大安大略注册护士协会(RNAO)、美国指南网(NGC)、英国医学期刊(BMJ)、PubMed、万方数据库、中国知网等数据库,检索时间为建库至2019年4月28日,内容包括各种指南、系统评价、证据总结等。由3名研究人员独立评价文献质量,评定证据级别。结果证据来源于9篇文献,其中系统评价3篇,实践指南2篇,证据总结4篇。提取到可用证据17条,共9个最佳证据。结论总结目前ICU危重患者体温监测的最佳证据,为护理干预提供证据支持,利于提高护理质量。Objective To search,extract and summarize the best evidence of temperature monitoring for critically ill patients in ICU,and to provide reference for clinical nursing intervention and reduce the incidence of abnormal temperature in ICU.Methods Using evidence-based nursing(EBN)method,we searched CoChrane Library,OVID(JBI),Ontario registered nurses association(RNAO),NGC,BMJ,PubMed,Wanfang database and China national knowledge internet(CNKI)database,from which various guidelines,systematic evaluation and evidence summary were included.The retrieval period was from the inception of databases to June 28,2019.The quality of literature and the level of evidence were evaluated by three authors independently.Results A total of 9 literatures were included,among which 3 were systematic review,2 were practical guides,4 were evidence summaries.Seventeen valid evidences,including nine best evidences,were extracted.Conclusion We summarized the best current evidence of temperature monitoring in critically ill patients in ICU,which provides evidence support for nursing intervention and improve the quality of nursing in temperature monitoring.
