摘　　要：清末新政改革涉及社会多个领域,建立邮政电信系统是其重要举措。随着津沪、京津、津保等电报线路的架设,北京、天津、保定三地之间的电信网络逐渐形成。隶属北京邮政总局的保定邮政局联通了北京、天津和保定的邮政业务。近代邮政电信系统的建立与发展推动了京津保区域甚至全国信息联通的近代化进程。The New Deal Reform in the late Qing Dynasty involved many social fields,the establishment of modern post and telecommunication system was an important measure.With the establishment of Tianjin-Shanghai,Beijing-Tianjin and Tianjin-Baoding telegraph lines,the telecommunication network among Beijing,Tianjin and Baoding gradually formed,while Baoding post office,which is subordinate to Beijing general post office,connected the postal services of Beijing,Tianjin and Baoding.The establishment and development of modern post and telecommunication system had promoted the modernization of information of the Beijing-Tianjin-Baoding region and even the whole country.
