摘　　要：政治秩序治理之中国道路是一条以法治规制政治行为、调节政治生活、引导政治过程的政治实践路径,是中国特色社会主义制度之治的典型体现。政治秩序治理之中国道路不仅是对中国共产党关于法治建设早期探索所取得的有益经验的继承和发展,而且更有着党和国家的长治久安、民主的成长、市场经济的驾驭、党的自我革命以及政治秩序治理的历史教训等实践逻辑,经历了初步探索、正式开启、接续夯实和稳固确立等四个相互衔接的实践历程,启迪和昭示着“坚持和加强党的全面领导”“人民主体地位”和“走自己的路”是继续走好政治秩序治理之中国道路不可含糊的实践经验。The Chinese path of political order governance is a political practice path of regulating political behavior,regulating political life and guiding political process by the rule of law,which is a typical embodiment of the governance of socialist system with Chinese characteristics.The Chinese path of political order governance is not only the inheritance and development of the beneficial experience gained from the early exploration of the construction of the rule of law by the Communist Party of China,but also the practical logic of long-term stability of the party and the country,the growth of democracy,the control of market economy,the party’s self revolution and the historical lessons of political order governance.It has gone through four interlinked practical processes:preliminary exploration,formal opening,successive consolidation and firm establishment.It enlightens and indicates that“adhering to and strengthening the party’s overall leadership”,“people’s dominant position”and“taking our own road”are the indisputable practical experience of continuing to follow the Chinese path of good political order governance.
