摘　　要：[目的]构建食管癌放疗病人营养支持护理路径。[方法]在文献回顾、半结构访谈基础上制定修改版食管癌放疗病人营养支持护理路径,采用德尔菲专家咨询法对15名专家进行2轮咨询,并对咨询结果进行汇总。[结果]2轮函询专家的积极系数均为100%;权威系数分别为0.88,0.90;肯德尔协调系数分别为0.318,0.357(均P<0.001),最终形成以4个治疗时段为横轴和7个护理模块为纵轴的食管癌放疗病人营养支持护理路径。[结论]本研究专家积极程度和权威性程度高,研究结果科学可靠,构建的食管癌放疗病人营养支持护理路径对临床食管癌放疗病人的营养支持有一定指导意义。Objective:To construct nursing pathway of nutritional support for patients with esophageal cancer undergoing radiotherapy.Methods:A modified version of nursing pathway of nutritional support for patients with esophageal cancer undergoing radiotherapy was developed based on literature review and semi-structured interviews.2 rounds of Delphi expert consultations were conducted among 15 domestic experts.Then,results of consultations were summarized.Results:Positive coefficients of 2 rounds of experts were all 100%.Authority coefficients of expert consultation were 0.88 and 0.90,respectively,and Kendall's W were 0.318 and 0,357,respectively(all P<0.01).Finally,nursing pathway of nutritional support for patients with esophageal cancer undergoing radiotherapy was formed with 4 treatment periods as horizontal axis and 7 nursing modules as longitudinal axis.Conclusions:Consulation experts had higher authority and coordination.The research results were scientific and reliable.Nursing pathway of nutritional support for patients with esophageal cancer undergoing radiotherapy had certain guiding significance for nutritional support of patients with esophageal cancer undergoing radiotherapy.
