高速铁路建设与区域环境保护的协同研究

摘　　要：随着城市化的推进和高速铁路网建设的加快,高速铁路建设及运营产生的环境问题逐渐增多并引起了人们的重视,目前针对该问题采取的环保措施主要集中在施工期及营运期的生态、噪声、振动环境影响等方面。高速铁路项目的建设并非是孤立的,而是与区域发展的战略及相关规划紧密关联并互相作用的,为了将高速铁路建设与区域环境保护规划更好地结合起来,提出相关环境管理意见,为相关部门提供参考。The environmental problems generated from construction and operation of high-speed railway network have attracted more and more attention with the advancement of urbanization and the acceleration of high-speed railway network construction.Today,the solutions is focusing on the ecological,noise and vibration during the construction and operation period.However,The construction of high-speed railway projects is closely related regional situation,not isolated.In order to better integrate the construction of high-speed railway with the environmental protection planning,the paper provide some environmental management solutions for relevant departments.
