摘  要:聚四氟乙烯微孔膜具有耐高温、耐腐蚀、耐候性强、性能稳定等优点,广泛应用于膜蒸馏、膜乳化、废水处理、CO2移除等领域。但聚四氟乙烯加工性能较差,采用不同单体与四氟乙烯共聚制得聚四氟乙烯基共聚物,可改善其加工性能,同时保留性能优势。综述了聚四氟乙烯及其共聚物微孔膜的制备方法和应用,包括聚四氟乙烯、全氟乙丙烯共聚物、乙烯-四氟乙烯共聚物和可熔性聚四氟乙烯共四种聚合物微孔膜。Polytetrafluoroethylene microporous membrane are widely used in membrane distillation,membrane emulsification,wastewater treatment,CO2 removel and other fields due to its advantages,such as high temperature resistance,corrosion resistance,strong weather resistance and stable performance.However,polytetrafluoroethylene has poor processing performance.The polytetrafluoroethylene based copolymers are prepared by copolymerization of different monomers and tetrafluoroethylene to improve its processing performance and retain its performance advantages.The preparation methods and applications of PTFE and its copolymer microporous membranes are reviewed,including PTFE,FEP,ETFE and PFA.
