摘  要:一段式环己酮氨肟化法制备己内酰胺,原材料利用率低,杂质含量偏高。采用两段式环己酮氨肟化法制备环己酮肟工艺能进一步提高反应转化率及收率,并大幅降低催化剂、双氧水、氨等原材料消耗,对提高己内酰胺质量、降低生产成本有着积极的促进作用。One-stage cyclohexanone ammoximation method for the preparation of caprolactam has low raw material utilization rate and high impurities.The two-stage cyclohexanone ammoximation method for cyclohexanone oxime preparation process can further improve the reaction conversion rate and yield,and greatly reduce the consumption of raw materials such as catalyst,hydrogen peroxide and ammonia,it has a positive role in improving the quality of caprolactam and reducing production costs.
