陶瓷中板的制备与性能研究

摘　　要：以普通陶瓷原矿为原料,通过调整配方和工艺制备了吸水率在1.7%~1.8%、厚度为7.8mm的陶瓷中板产品。结果表明,陶瓷中板的表面平整度与抛釉砖接近;断裂模数平均值为37MPa,远高于瓷片,与抛釉砖的断裂模数相当。陶瓷中板是替代瓷片及全抛釉大理石上墙实现高档装修的理想材料,具有广阔的市场前景。A kind of middle range ceramic tile product with a water absorption rate of 1.7 to 1.8% and a thickness of 7.8 mm was prepared by adjusting the formula and process, using ordinary ore as raw materials. The results show that the surface flatness of the middle range ceramic tile is close to that of polished glazed bricks. The average rupture modulus of the middle range ceramic tile is 37 MPa, which is much higher than that of terracotta tiles and is equivalent to that of polished glazed tiles. The middle range ceramic tile is an ideal material to replace terracotta tiles and polished glazed tiles on the wall to achieve high-end decoration, which has a broad market prospect.
