摘  要:传统的基于WorldFIP总线现场级智能节点的离散控制在现场控制规模较大时,存在通信效率低下、控制实时性不够好的问题。设计实现了一种基于WorldFIP现场总线技术的软PLC系统,在系统中集成了链路活动调度器(LAS)功能,采用现场智能I/O作为网络基本节点,对I/O数据的获取是通过高效的WorldFIP周期式变量交换通信获得的,离散控制逻辑在集成了LAS的软PLC系统中实现。该软PLC系统由组态及监控系统和运行系统组成,组态及监控系统由普通PC机或IPC实现;运行系统由基于嵌入式软硬件系统设计的WorldFIP LAS调度设备实现,采用一个嵌入式子模块实现运行系统的通信、总线调度等功能,另一个嵌入式子模块实现离散控制、系统自诊断等功能,有效地提高了系统的运行效率和可靠性。给出了该软PLC系统的总体架构,详细阐述了软PLC组态及监控系统和运行系统设计实现的方法。给出了一个系统应用实例。控制结果表明,系统运行稳定可靠,且具有很高的实时性。该软PLC系统目前已应用于变电站自动监控和风电场发电设备的自动监控中,取得了理想的监控效果。Communication efficiency is lowered and real-time performance is not good enough in discrete control based on traditional WorldFIP field intelligent nodes in case that the scale of control in field is large.A soft PLC system based on WorldFIP fieldbus is designed and implemented.Link Activity Scheduler(LAS)is integrated into the system and field intelligent I/O modules acted as networked basic nodes.Discrete control logic is implemented with the LAS-integrated soft PLC system.The proposed system is composed of configuration&supervisory sub-system and running sub-systems.Configuration&supervisory sub-system is implemented with personal computer or industrial personal computer.Running subsystem are designed and implemented based on embedded hardware and software system.Communication and schedule in running subsystem is implemented with an embedded sub-module,discrete control and system self-diagnosis are implemented with another embedded sub-module.Structure of the proposed system is presented.Methodology for design of the sub-systems is expounded.Application with the proposed system is given.Experimental and practical results show that the system operated stably,reliably and with good real-time performance and desirable effects are achieved.
