摘 要:为了加快高速铁路新线接触网中吊弦的安装速度,保证实际作业过程中安装位置的精确性,提升作业效率,减少人为误差,设计了基于PLC的吊弦标定机控制系统。该控制系统以台达PLC为核心,结合台达DOP-100系列人机界面可显示标定工作计划数据、实际接触线高度、机械手当前位置、作业平台高度等相关参数,同时对平台高度、机械手位置进行实时控制,为标定工作提供了快速精确地处理方式。该系统提升了接触网施工的效率,减轻了人工成本,有较好发展前景。In order to speed up the installation speed of suspension string in catenary of new high-speed railway line,ensure the accuracy of installation position in the actual operation process,improve the operation efficiency and reduce the human error,the control system of sling calibration machine based on PLC is designed.This control system takes Delta PLC as the core part,and combines with delta dop-100 series human-machine interface to display the calibration work plan data,actual contact line height,manipulator current position,working platform height and other related parameters,and at the same time,it carries out real-time control on platform height and manipulator position,which provides a rapid and accurate processing method for calibration work.The system improves the efficiency of catenary construction,reduces the labor cost,and has a good development prospect in the future.
