城中村旧改设计研究——以深圳万科万村旧改项目为例

摘　　要：在旧改项目高速推进的今天,城中村改造作为城市化建设中不可或缺的一部分,已经成为越来越多城市扩大土地面积常用手段,而城中村的住宅改造亦成为了决定城市市容市貌的重要展示的一部分。文章依托万科集团的万村项目进行城中村老旧住宅改造设计研究,从室内空间改造设计、室外建筑立面改造设计以及公共空间改造设计作为基本的研究面,内在地分析了其改造方法,在此基础上进一步分析项目所存在的问题,为今后城中村老旧住宅改造设计研究提供设计思路和设计方法。with the rapid development of the old reform project,the urban village reconstruction,as an indispensable part of the urbanization construction,has become a common means for more and more cities to expand the land area,and the residential reconstruction of the urban village has also become an important part of the display of the city appearance.Based on the Wancun project of Vanke Group,this paper studies the renovation design of old residential buildings in urban villages.From the basic research aspects of interior space transformation design,outdoor building facade reconstruction design and public space transformation design,the paper analyzes the transformation methods internally,and further analyzes the problems existing in the project,so as to provide reference for the future research on the transformation design of old residential buildings in urban villages For design ideas and methods.
