摘　　要：皮革制造是工业制造的重要组成部分,但是皮革在制造过程中经过鞣制、加脂等诸多工序,会产生大量的废水,对生态环境造成巨大污染,因此制革厂废水处理是当前社会的重要研究课题。制革厂在进行污水治理建设方面的资金投入有限,一些大型的制革厂在处理排放污水的过程中经常需要投入近千万的资金,如此多的资金对于相关企业来说无疑也是巨大的经济压力,而且经常存在工业废水处理之后,仍无法达标的情况。有鉴于此,本文特别针对某制革厂皮革废水处理工程的相关处理案例进行分析,进一步研究皮革厂的废水处理方法。希望可以通过本文的研究,进一步减少皮革废水的排放,在保证皮革生产的情况下,降低对于环境的污染。Leather manufacturing is an important part of industrial manufacturing.However,in the leather manufacturing process,tanning,chrome tanning and many other processes will produce a large number of leather wastewater,which will cause great pollution to the ecological environment.Therefore,the treatment of leather factory wastewater is an important research topic in the current society.The investment of leather factory in sewage treatment construction is limited.Some large leather factories often need to invest nearly ten million yuan in the process of sewage treatment.Such a large amount of money is undoubtedly a huge economic pressure for related enterprises.However,it is often difficult to reach the standard after industrial wastewater treatment.In view of this,this paper analyzes the relevant treatment cases of leather wastewater treatment project in a leather factory,and further studies the treatment methods of leather factory wastewater.It is hoped that through the study of this paper,the discharge of leather wastewater can be further reduced,and the environmental pollution can be reduced under the condition of ensuring leather production.
