摘　　要：目的:建立儿童开胃乐中芥子碱硫氰酸盐含量测定的方法。方法:色谱柱:苯基柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相:乙腈-3%冰醋酸水溶液(12∶88),检测波长:326 nm,流速:1.0 mL·min-1,进样量:10μL。结果:芥子碱硫氰酸盐在0.55~44.16μg·mL-1范围内,峰面积(Y)与浓度(X)呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9999);精密度、重复性、稳定性试验的RSD均符合要求,平均回收率为106.08%(RSD=0.71%,n=9)。结论:本方法操作简单,专属性强,灵敏度高,可用于儿童开胃乐中芥子碱硫氰酸盐的含量测定。Objective:To establish a method for the determination of sinapine thiocyanate in pediatric kaiweile oral liquid by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC).Methods:The determination was performed on XB-phenyl column(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm).The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile and 3%glacial acetic acid(12∶88).The detection wavelength was 326 nm.The flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1 and the injection volume was 10μL.Results:The linear range of sinapine thiocyanate was(0.55–44.16)μg·mL-1(r=0.9999).The relative standard deviation(RSD)of precision,reproducibility and stability tests all met the requirement.The average recovery was 106.08%(RSD=0.71%,n=9).Conclusion:This method was simple,accurate and sensitive,which was suitable for the content determination of sinapine thiocyanate in pediatric kaiweile oral liquid.
