摘  要:目的:了解我院肿瘤中心抗肿瘤靶向药物使用情况和变化趋势,为临床用药提供参考。方法:采用回顾性研究方法,从HIS系统调取我院2016–2019年肿瘤中心抗肿瘤靶向药物使用数据,对用药金额、用药频度(DDDs)、日均费用(DDC)等指标进行统计分析。结果:2016–2019年我院靶向药物用药金额呈下降趋势,总DDDs值呈连续上升趋势;贝伐珠单抗、曲妥珠单抗、尼妥珠单抗和西妥昔单抗的DDDs值连续排前4位,且构成比合计达82%以上,国产的安罗替尼、阿帕替尼和埃克替尼在2019年进入前10位。结论:我院肿瘤中心抗肿瘤靶向药物的使用基本合理,日趋广泛。Objective:To investigate the application of anti-tumor targeted drugs in the cancer center of our hospital,and provide references for reasonable drug use in clinic.Methods:Application data of anti-tumor targeted drugs in the cancer center from 2016 to 2019 were retrospectively collected from hospital information system(HIS)in our hospital and analyzed in terms of total consumption amount,defined daily dose system(DDDs),defined daily cost(DDC)and so on.Results:From 2016 to 2019,the consumption sum of anti-tumor targeted drugs in the cancer center of our hospital decreased while the total DDDs of them increased continuously.Drugs with the top 4 DDDs were always bevacizumab,trastuzumab,nimotuzumab and cetuximab in the past four years,which were accounted for more than 82%.DDDs of domestic drugs including anlotinib,apatinib and icotinib were ranked in the top 10 in 2019.Conclusion:The application of anti-tumor targeted drugs in the cancer center of our hospital was basically reasonable and extensive day by day.
